About me

With my sun in aries and my moon in scorpio I am a lover of the beauty of life. Artistic, introverted, deep roots, travel, yoga, energy, nature & adventure - are words I identify with. Always on that eternal quest for truth, wisdom and my authentic self and someone who prescribes self-prescribed deep breaths to everything and everyone.

Personally, I have been on a long journey of deep healing and have become fascinated by the beautiful things you can create when you start to come into your own power. This is why I do what I do, because I also want to help you get back in touch with your inner strength and at the same time your inner peace. More out of your head and back in connection with yourself, your body and self-healing ability.

After years of standing on the yoga mat almost daily, I became more and more curious about the yoga philosophy and I started looking for more depth. I have followed various teacher trainings at home and abroad and now work with great pleasure as a certified and registered Yoga teacher at various locations in the Drechtsteden region.

I was able to enjoy my Yin Yoga Therapy® training in the Maldives and Bali with Alexandra Denkinger, among others, and with that we dive deep into the anatomy and energy channels of our body. We integrate the wisdoms of Taoism, Traditional Chinese Medicine and experience the principles of mindfulness on a physical level.

I followed my advanced course in Yoga Nidra in Bali and also obtained various certificates at different training institutes (all affiliated with Yoga Alliance) to broaden my knowledge in the field of Yoga (therapy). (including Chakra Yoga training, Pranayama teacher training, Mental Health Aware teacher training and more). At the moment I am in the final phase of my pregnancy yoga teacher training.

Because a healthy lifestyle is not possible without a healthy and balanced diet, I started to delve deeper into nutrition. I now have my nutritionist diploma in my pocket and have just completed the specialization to sports nutritionist.

I also have my Reiki I & II in the Usui Shiki Ryoho, Reiki 2 Holy fire and Master/Teacher in the Usui Ryoho Reiki (I, II & III).

A session is an exchange of energy and trust. You trust me with your request for help and I trust you with my time, energy and expertise. I am happy to help you discover blockages, (re)activate your self-healing capacity and to become that conscious co-creator of your own life again.

I believe that every move on the chessboard changes the game, in other words; you can create your own future.
